Who I am
I’m Nicola, and I help small business owners take the stress out of technology — whether that’s fixing a website, setting up an email system, or building a dashboard that makes sense of your numbers.
I know how overwhelming it can feel when your tech just won’t cooperate. With over 20 years’ experience in business systems, data analysis, and digital marketing, I’ve seen it all — and I know how to get things working quickly, clearly, and without the jargon.
From our base in Melbourne’s Inner West, NJM Web Design supports small businesses locally in suburbs such as Point Cook, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Altona, Williamstown, and Footscray — while also working with clients right across Victoria and beyond.
When I’m not solving tech headaches, you’ll usually find me out walking, learning something new, or curled up with my cat and a good book.
